Falcon-Asia is the Asian subsidiary of Falcon International Group Limited, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Also a member of the Group are Falcon International Financial Services (Pty) Limited,  est. 1996 in South Africa, and Falcon International Financial Services Limited, est. 2010 Labuan, Malaysia.

Both companies were created to provide professional services to Employers of Foreign Nationals and their Expatriate staff before, during and following their deployment, and then redeployment, around the globe.

Both companies began their existences as Associates of the Falcon Group PLC, Bristol and London, United Kingdom.

The Group Managing Director is Daniel Macqueen, born in Zambia, Central Africa, and currently operating between the Group’s subsidiaries in South Africa and Malaysia.

 

 

Africa and the Far East


Daniel Macqueen Daniel Macqueen, Group Managing Director, was born to an Expatriate family in Zambia, Central Africa, educated to  Secondary School level in the United Kingdom and then at a private Business School in Antwerp, Belgium.

Daniel’s achievements include having earned a BBA (Honours) Degree in Finance & Marketing and several industry-related Diplomas and Certificates.

Daniel commenced his career in Banking in the City of London followed by Accounting/Finance contracts in Libya and Saudi Arabia.

After completing his Degree course in Europe, he held the position of Assistant General Manager of an Investment Group in Brussels, Belgium, before being transferred to the company’s subsidiary in London, United Kingdom, where he was made Company Secretary.

He has subsequently held several positions in Financial Sales and Marketing Companies in London,  UK and Edinburgh, Scotland.

Daniel took up a position in 1988 in Johannesburg, South Africa, with the country’s largest Life Assurance, Pensions and Investments groups, as an Investment Marketing Manager.

He was recruited in 1989 by an Accounting and Business Advisory firm, Deloitte, as a Tax Manager, followed by Price Waterhouse as a Managing Tax Consultant, with responsibility for the firm’s fast growing number of Expatriate clients, and then became the Managing Director of an Ernst & Young Personal Financial Planning company, Fincorp International.

He left the Ernst & Young subsidiary in 1996 to create the Falcon International Group.
